\u00b7 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds<\/p>

\u00b7 80g soft cheese<\/p>

\u00b7 4 tablespoons olive oil<\/p>

\u00b7 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar<\/p>

\u00b7 2 tablespoon ApiGinger Honey<\/p>

METHOD<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 Soak the raisins in warm water<\/p>

\u00b7 Season the chicken with the salt. Fry the chicken in the oil, sealing it on all sides until golden brown. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature<\/p>

\u00b7 Mix together the oil, vinegar, honey and salt to make the vinaigrette<\/p>

\u00b7 Chop the lettuce and put it on a plate. Dice the cheese and sprinkle on top, along with the sunflower seeds and drained raisins<\/p>
