\u00b7 250g plain flour<\/p>

\u00b7 250g icing sugar<\/p>

\u00b7 250g butter<\/p>

\u00b7 3 tablespoons \u201cLa Obrera\u201d Albaida Honey<\/p>

\u00b7 2 eggs<\/p>

\u00b7 1 teaspoon “four spices” (typical French ground spice mix with ground pepper, cloves, nutmeg and ginger)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

METHOD<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u00b7 Beat the butter until smooth and pale. Add the \u201cLa Obrera\u201d Albaida Honey and stir in until combined. Add the icing sugar and 1 egg and continue mixing until combined<\/p>

\u00b7 Add the flour (reserve a little), mix and then knead the resulting dough by hand. Cover the bowl with a cloth and put it in the refrigerator<\/p>

\u00b7 Remove the dough from the refrigerator, add the teaspoon of \u201cfour spices\u201d and knead a little more<\/p>

\u00b7 Sprinkle a little flour onto a smooth surface and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies and put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper<\/p>

\u00b7 Glaze the top of the cookies with beaten egg and bake them in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C (180\u00b0C fan, 392\u00b0F or Gas Mark 6) for 12 minutes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
