Forest blossom honey (Quercus robar) combines flower nectar and honeydew from holm oak or oak trees. Its colour varies from amber to dark amber, depending on the variety of honeydew. Its aroma is floral with a clear malty component. Its flavour is sweet with salty notes. In the aftertaste, the intensity and persistence of the malt increases.
