Lavender honey (Lavandula latifolia<\/em>) is white to amber in colour; sometimes a little darker if it contains honeydew. Its aroma is floral with a clear lavender component, intense and very persistent. Its flavour is sweet with acidic notes, but if it is dark due to the presence of honeydew, it can have light salty notes. Moreover, the aromas increase notably in the aftertaste. It has a medium crystallization, both in tendency and the size of the crystals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
